a part of our brain that increases our lifespan

Hiiii.....!!!!! Hope you all are doing well. Today let's talk about a part of our which plays a role in increasing our life span, this is called anterior Mid Cingulate Cortex, aMCC for short. aMCC is a part of our brain that grows when we do something we don't want to and thereby it not only increases our will power but also stops us from procrastinating and according to various research, increase in it's size means increase in our lifespan but only when we do something we don't want to like one day in a morning we force ourselves to go on a walk but next day we do it willingly so it won't have any affect on aMCC so we constantly need to keep trying stuff on which we probably would be like "Oh I'll do.it later" and thus not only increase our life span but also helps us to do new things. Thankyou so much for reading it. I hope you'll liked it.
